I worked on the Data Experience Design Team (Data.xd) at Capital One that designed the internal tools and platforms associates used to do their jobs with the same human-centered approach that other design teams designed products and services for customers. Since the users they were designing for worked at the company, I sought some out and put together this interview montage about how our team’s work was impacting how they did and felt about their jobs.
