New Hire Tid Bit Video Series
Working at Capital One, the team I was on started growing so rapidly, and since it was a team of 160+ people all over the country, it got really hard to know wrap your head around who was new, and anything human or interesting about them. As one way to get to know people and connect the team, I started creating short quarterly montage videos to introduce the new folks in a way that didn’t suddenly put them on the spot in a giant meeting, and in a way that was genuinely joyful, funny, and interesting to the rest of the team.
